Tony is an excellent realtor. He knows the county through and through. I met him over 2 years ago when visiting Winter Park. He was generous with his time and showed me around several properties. We met Tony in spring 2017 while searching for a condo in Winter Park that we could use for both personal use and as a rental property. We spent an afternoon exploring different properties around the base village and it was evident that Tony had great insight into each of the properties that we toured. He shared with us the pros/cons of each property, including anticipated gross rental income we could expect and even outstanding HOA issues that could result in future assessments. Tony was also an original seller of the Fraser's Crossing/Founder's Point condos back in 2007 and was able to share the unique benefits of each unit. As we continued looking for properties throughout the summer and fall of 2017, Tony was very prompt at communicating new listings and looked for upcoming opportunities before they were listed. Once we made an offer on a condo, Tony was great at negotiating with the seller's agent and helped get a very competitive offer approved. Tony was also very good at making sure all parties hit deadlines while under contract. We are grateful for Tony's local market knowledge, working relationships with local agents and guidance in selecting a property management company. We first met Tony two summers ago when I had sent an inquiry on a property and the listing agent did not respond. Tony responded quickly when I contacted him and that first summer he spent most of a day showing us around Grand county as we began to explore property in this area. Tony asked a lot of questions and generally spent a good bit of time getting to know us and what we were looking to purchase. His knowledge of the area was a huge help and was a part of us settling on Grand County. The next summer we called Tony again and began to look in earnest with the need to utilize a 1031 Exchange. Tony again spent part of two days with us and showed us a wide variety of property as we attempted to narrow down our decision. When be picked a property Tony handled the negotiations and helped us get a good price on a very nice condo. We just spent our first holiday in the new condo and are very pleased. We would recommend Tony to anyone looking in Grand County and will use him again if/when we move from a condo to a home!

I met Tony while he was acting as the Seller’s broker for a property that I recently acquired. Rather than hire my own broker, I agreed to have Tony act as the transaction broker for both the Seller and me. I was obviously skeptical of a conflict of interest, at first, given his relationship with the Seller. However, as the transaction progressed, it became clear that Tony was a seasoned professional who could balance the interests of both parties in the transaction, without bias to the Seller. He worked hard to help the Seller and me find middle ground on several tough negotiation points.
